Whether it is a borehole that stains the basins, municipal supply carrying sediment, or a pump that cycles every time a second tap opens, the fastest route to a sensible answer is your latest lab report and a photo of the pump house. Send those through and we will come back with what we would fit, where it goes, and what to expect from the readings afterwards.
A consultation starts with what your water is actually doing. Attach your latest lab report if you have one, and a photo of the pump room, tank stand or filtration setup. If you are still waiting on lab work, describe the symptoms instead: rust-brown staining on basins, grit in the kettle, pressure that drops when two taps run, or a pump that switches on and off through the night.
Site visits are booked around Gauteng and the Western Cape. Expect a reply within one working day, usually with a short list of questions about your borehole depth, tank size and current pump setup before we schedule anything.
The Tiger Water base is on the East Rand, which keeps most pump-room callouts inside an hour. We run a second set of tools out of the Western Cape for Stellenbosch and the surrounding winelands, so site visits there are booked in blocks rather than single trips.
If you are dropping off a water sample or a sediment filter cartridge, phone ahead. The yard gate is kept closed when the crew is out on site, and someone needs to be there to take the sample and log it against your property.
Not sure which address to use for a sample? Send the lab results and a photo of the pump house first, and we will tell you whether a drop-off is even needed.
Most jobs start with a phone call or a photo of your pump house. Whether it is a borehole staining the basins, a pressure switch cycling at night, or a JoJo tank that needs a proper stand and plumbing, the same two people answer. Below are the direct lines, the hours we are usually on site, and what to send through so we can size equipment correctly the first time.

Equipment is assembled and pressure-tested here before it goes out to site. If you are dropping off a sample, phone ahead so someone is in the yard.

Calls are best between site visits. Email works well for lab results, site photos and pump house dimensions, since we can forward them straight to the process techs.
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00
Saturday, 08:00 to 13:00
Emergency callouts for burst lines, dead booster pumps and overflowing tanks are handled outside these hours where the schedule allows. Leave a message and the number you can be reached on.
Emails with readings and photos are answered within one working day, often the same afternoon. From there we either quote directly or book a site visit to confirm pipe runs, trenching and where the drain line can go. Farms and guesthouses around Hartbeespoort, Stellenbosch and the East Rand are grouped into routes, so travel is planned around existing jobs rather than single trips.
For ongoing clients, cartridge changes, UV lamp hours and backwash settings are logged so nothing gets missed between services.
