These terms cover how Tiger Water Solutions quotes, installs and services borehole water treatment, filtration, UV disinfection and pump systems for farms, guesthouses, smallholdings and body corporates. Read them before you accept a quote or book a site visit.
Every job starts with a water sample and a look at the pump house. The written quote lists the equipment, pipework and labour we will supply, plus any trenching, tank stands or electrical connections that stay with you or your electrician. Work outside that list is quoted separately before we proceed.
You confirm that you may authorise work on the property, give us safe access to the pump room and tank area, and disclose known issues such as shared supply lines, old galvanised pipe or unstable power. Accurate lab results and site photos help us size filters and pumps correctly.
Treatment performance depends on the raw water. Iron, manganese, sediment and bacterial counts change with rainfall, borehole depth and draw-off. Our readings reflect the sample tested at the time of commissioning, not a permanent guarantee. Cartridge changes, media backwashing and UV lamp replacement remain part of routine upkeep.
We carry out installations to accepted trade practice and warrant our workmanship and supplied equipment against defects for the period stated in the quote. We are not liable for pre-existing pipe damage, power faults, water shortages, or losses caused by you or a third party altering, bypassing or neglecting the installed system.
Either side may end an ongoing service arrangement with written notice. We may pause or stop work where a site is unsafe, where payment terms agreed in the quote are not met, or where equipment is used outside its stated purpose. Amounts due for work already completed stay payable.
