Most of our work starts with a photo of the pump house and a lab sheet. From there the sequence is fairly steady, though rural sites and body corporates tend to sit at different speeds.
You send the latest lab results, a few photos of the pump house and tank stand, and a short note on what the water is doing wrong. Iron staining, sediment after rain, a pressure switch that clicks on and off through the night. We read the numbers before we quote anything.
A process tech and our certified plumber walk the property. We measure static and dynamic pressure, check the borehole yield, trace the existing pipework and note where trenching can run without cutting irrigation or paving. Guesthouses get a peak-demand estimate across all rooms.
We set out the filtration stages, pump sizing, tank volume and pressure vessel in writing. Iron and manganese media beds, sediment housings, UV reactors, booster pumps, JoJo stands. If a stage is not needed for your water, it stays off the list.
Skids get mounted on raised frames where pump rooms are tight. Drain lines route to the existing soakaway. Tank stands are rebuilt before the tank goes up, and new supply lines are marked so the next person digging knows where they run.
We take before-and-after samples on site and log the numbers. You get a wall chart for cartridge changes and UV lamp hours, plus a sample tap after the disinfection stage for quarterly lab checks. Farms and body corporates usually get a short maintenance walkthrough.
Borehole chemistry shifts with the season, so we check back after the first heavy rain or dry spell. Media backwash cycles, pump pressure settings and UV flow restrictors sometimes need a small tweak once the household or guesthouse is running normally.

Your latest lab report, or a sample we can have tested, plus a wide shot of the pump room, tank stand and incoming line. Note whether the source is a borehole, municipal feed or harvested rain, and what the water is doing wrong: staining, sediment, smell, or pressure that drops when two taps run.
Iron, manganese, hardness, turbidity and bacterial counts get checked against what the property actually uses the water for. On site we measure flow, static and dynamic pressure, and check the existing pressure vessel, switch settings and available space for a filtration skid.
You get the treatment train laid out stage by stage: sediment filtration, iron and manganese media, UV disinfection, booster pump, pressure vessel, JoJo tank and stand, plus the drain and trenching routes. Anything that cannot be done in one visit is flagged here rather than discovered on install day.
A certified plumber handles the pipework and pressure side, with process techs on the filtration and disinfection stages. Pump rooms are tight more often than not, so skids are mounted on raised frames and drain lines routed to the existing soakaway or storm run where the property allows it.
We run the system under real household or guesthouse demand, set the pressure switch and booster controls, then take post-install samples at the same points as the original test. Those readings go into the job record alongside the equipment fitted, so you can see what changed.
