This page explains what happens to the information you send us when you ask about borehole testing, filtration quotes or pump work, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 12 June 2025.
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field, including lab results, site photos or pump house details you attach. Our hosting and analytics tools also record technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed, so we can see which project pages and service pages people actually read.
The site uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics events that count visits and form submissions. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will be lost.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a site visit and keep a record of the equipment fitted at your property. Technical and analytics data is used to keep the site running and to understand which services, such as iron removal or UV disinfection, generate the most interest. We do not sell your information.
Your information may be handled by third-party service providers we rely on: our web host, email and form delivery providers, analytics tools, and where relevant a CRM or accounting system. These providers process data on our instructions. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service your job and meet our admin obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete it, or request that it be transferred to another provider. You can also withdraw consent for analytics or marketing communication at any time. Where GDPR or CCPA applies to you, these rights are available on the same basis. Send requests to the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
We describe our work, equipment and readings as they are. We do not use fake urgency, invented endorsements, borrowed brand names or guarantees of a specific result without supporting test data. If a claim on this site looks unclear or outdated, tell us and we will correct it.
